Thank you for all of your assistance in the follow-up finish to my LDPE installation. The work the crew did today was simply impeccable. I am more than satisfied with the finished product. Their attention to detail was incredible. When the new transitions turned out to be higher than the originals on the second floor, they took the time to carefully manicure the bedroom carpets in order to have the bedroom doors clear the new transitions. It was clear that their attention to detail was absolutely flawless. I thank you both for your dedication to maintaining the BODE quality that my mother expressed in your work nearly 20 years ago. If she were still here, I would have eagerly invited her over to the house to show her that her impression of the quality of your company's work still continues. Kudos.

I just wanted to let you know we had our carpet installed yesterday, the team managed to get the entire house done in a day. They were here for a long time and needed a wonderful job. We had a very positive experience with Bode Floors, and we've already recommended them! We must have visited seven or eight different flooring places. We covered the gamut, and at every place we learned a little something. We also saw the limitations of what other people had to offer.
Michelle in particular at Bode Floors was very knowledgeable. I'm an engineer, so I can sift through the nonsense. I could tell that what she was telling us was the straight skinny. She was not only truthful, but she also gave a us a good understanding of the different types of hardwood floors we could use. She led us right where we wanted. She was very patient and knowledgeable, and she was a good businesswoman!
I'm doing the floors myself, and I have no concerns about the product we got. I know it's the best. If you want to take it from me, you can skip all the driving around doing research on other places and go straight to Michelle at Bode Floors!

I just wanted to let the appropriate person know how happy we are with our flooring. On 12/1 we had laminate floors installed in our 4th floor condo, The experience could not have been better. We were especially impressed by the installer and his assistant. They were fantastic - very professional, but also pleasant and accommodating, and of course, very proficient.
